well, it's been... like 3 years????
who still uses livejournal? not me, apparently.

HELLO LIVEJOURNAL

Writer's Block: QotD

What's your dream job? Are you qualified for it? If not, would that stop you from taking it if it were offered to you?

Getting paid to draw porn.
What? Don't look at me like that. Fine, I'll rephrase: getting paid to draw raunchy comics with occasional plot. And sometimes not-very-raunchy comics with lots of plot.
There's only one important issue keeping me from actually being qualified, but that'll be resolved in about two months. Other than that, with a little more posing and anatomy practice, I think I'll be good to go as far as qualification.

I'm just being honest stop looking at me like that

Writer's Block: Pet central

Some animal rights activists are fighting to replace the term 'owner' with 'guardian' to convey a more balanced relationship between a person and her or his pet. Do you agree or disagree with the importance of this mission?

The idea I'm fine with. I feel there are more pressing issues, however, such as the families being slaughtered in Africa, or the oil spill, or teenagers and children around the world being forced to work as sex slaves.
..what the eff, livejournal. Whatever, it looks fine on the LJ frontpage.

Writer's Block: Luddites unite!

Do you have a decided preference between cats and dogs? Which do you prefer, and why? Would you consider a roommate or partner who had a contrary pet proclivity?

I'm not that cynical. I like technology because it usually means something new for science, and I love science. Plus, there are a lot of people in need of new body parts that actually function, something technology has given us. I absolutely hate the attitude that technology can be nothing but bad for mankind. Humans are curious creatures, and shit happens.
And personally, I don't care if you're now over 200 pounds because of your brand new hoverchair. I'm going to continue walking, but you have fun with your chair. And I don't care if you DO continue walking DESPITE the new hoverchair or whatever. Keep your 'old-fashioned' attitude out of my face and we'll get along fine.

Writer's Block: A political affair

Do you think the public has a legitimate right to know about a politician’s personal/romantic life? When, if ever, do you think a politician’s personal history is relevant to his/her ability to perform in office?

Unless said politician was raping babies in his/her spare time, hell to the no. I honestly do not care what they do in their free time as long as they're doing their job efficiently, and if they're not harming anyone, they have a right to their privacy just like the rest of us.
Do you think men or women are more likely to cheat if they know they won't get caught? Do you believe in marriage?
I cannot say which sex is more likely to cheat, but I can say that I don't see the big deal about marriage. To me it's just a legal agreement. I understand the meaning of the ring and all, but I think if I live with someone I love then we're together and I'm content with that.

And I'll take a wild guess and go with men since they tend to want to screw anything that moves (if unsatisfied with the current significant other, anyway).

LOOK, ASSHOLES.

THE MOVIE 9 WAS NOT DIRECTED BY TIM BURTON. SO SHUT UP.
